Roseland Borough Government: Mayor John Arvanites
 
Roseland is governed under the Borough form of New Jersey municipal government. A Mayor is elected directly by the voters to a four-year term of office. The Mayor in a Borough form of Government has no voting power unless the Councilmembers are tied.
